Portraits

This portrait series is all about capturing the artist as they really are — not just how they look, but how they think, feel, and carry their creative energy. I wasn’t interested in overly polished or posed shots. Instead, I wanted the photos to feel honest and a bit raw — like quiet moments where something real comes through.

The process was simple and collaborative. I gave some direction when needed, but mostly let the artist just be themselves. What came out of that were images that (hopefully) feel natural and true — a reflection of both the person and the world they create in.

For me, portrait photography is always about connection. These photos are a result of that connection, and the trust built in those moments.
